By adding Knody to your Discord server or using our dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Knody for your Discord community management. This license is subject to compliance with these terms and Discord's Terms of Service.
Certain features of Knody require a premium subscription.
• Recurring Billing: Fees are billed on a recurring basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion unless required by law.
Users agree not to:
• Use the bot for illegal purposes or to violate Discord TOS.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the bot's functionality.
• Use the bot to harass, spam, or distribute malicious content.
• Circumvent rate limits or accessibility restrictions.
Knody is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We make no warranties regarding the uptime, reliability, or accuracy of the bot or our services. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knody shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our bot.
